The Bank has embarked upon massive technology based transformation through technology process in the form of implementation of Core Banking Solution. The Bank has engaged M/s Wipro, a leading service provider in IT enabled services for providing end-to-end solution for networking. It is backed by "Finacle" software support from M/s Infosys Technologies Ltd. The Core Banking System bundles a host of customer friendly services.
The Bank has its Data Centre at Prabha Devi, Mumbai and the Disaster Recovery Site at Bangaluru to ensure business continuity. All the branches ofthe bank are under CBS. Pursuant to the above technological initiative we are focussing on development of new business models that will include formulating new products and services for serving our cusotmer better. Efforts at revitalizing the entire rank and file of the Bank, to give sharper focus to customer satisfaction and delight are also underway.

The Bank has started ATM services for its customer since May 2011. On 23rd May 2011 we started the first ever ATM of any RRB in India at Varanasi. At present we are having a total of 41 on site ATMs in various districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. We are issuing ATM cards from all 414 branches to our customers. These cards are acceptible on any bank ATM in India. All ATM card holders are requested to call on 022-25710275,25710276 & 25710278 for hot listing of cards if lost or stolen.
We are the FIRST BANK in India to launch first 100% indegenous ATM Card with RuPay logo. The RuPay card is the product of National Payment Corporation of India and first RuPay Card of KGSG Bank was launched on 21st march 2011 in a Ceremony at Delhi. The launching ceremony was attended by Mr. Narain Murthy the Co founder of Infosys Ltd., CEO of NPCI Mr.A. P. Hota, Chairman and Managing Director of Union Bank of India Mr. M.V.Nair, Mr. Lalit Sinha General Manager (AC & NID), Union Bank of India and Chairman of Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank Mr. S.N.Tripathi.
Talking ATM for visually impaired
Mr. Lalit Sinha, General Manager ( Alternate Channels and New Initiative Department ) Union Bank of India, Inaugerated the first ever Talking ATM in eastern Uttar Pradesh specially designed for the visually impaired persons at our Aktha Branch in Varanasi District.
We have started SMS alert services for our customers. Now after having registered at the branch our customer can get SMS alert for any Deposit and With Drawal in their accounts.
We have started e-stamping in our bank. Our bank has become first Gramin Bank in India to launch this service.
